Business Services in GCR and Worldwide
Industrial Asset Deployment & Supply Chain Resilience
We materialize your strategy into physical assets. Execute your industrial setup and secure your supply chain in the heart of the Middle Corridor.
Designed for: COOs, Supply Chain Directors, and Industrial Investors who need to launch production on time and on budget.
Strategic Landscape
The Greater Caspian Region (GCR) is becoming a global hub for production relocation (Nearshoring) and key nodes of Trans-Caspian corridors. However, rapid growth in Oil, Gas, Critical Minerals, and Renewable Energy sectors creates high competition for infrastructure. With us, physical project implementation becomes a predictable engineering process:
- Infrastructure Certainty We conduct a deep technical audit to guarantee that the selected site has real capacity for launch, turning "paper" promises of industrial zones into physical asset readiness.
- Resilient Network Design We transform the region's complex geography into a competitive advantage, building supply chains on strict SLAs that ensure delivery predictability where standard models see chaos.
- Cross-Border Velocity We set up "Green Corridors" and precision documentation, turning customs procedures from a barrier into a high-speed gateway that accelerates the turnover of your capital and inventory.
We take on complexity management, guaranteeing that your assets will be built, connected, and integrated into the global supply chain.
What We Deliver
Phase 1: Turnkey Industrial Setup (Make in GCR)
01. Site Selection & Technical Due Diligence
We lead the project from choosing a point on the map to launching the conveyor. We conduct a rigorous technical audit of sites, checking not only the legal purity of the land but also the real availability of capacities (gas, water, electricity). We remove "long-term construction" risks by agreeing on Feasibility Studies and permitting documentation with local administrations through our GR resource.
02. Strategic 3PL Sourcing & Contracting
In a region where logistics is often built on verbal agreements, we implement a systemic approach. We conduct tenders, physically audit fleets and warehouses, and implement contracts with strict SLAs/KPIs. We find partners who are ready to bear responsibility for deadlines.
Phase 2: Operational Excellence (LTV Options)
Customs & Cross-Border Management
We ensure a "Green Corridor" for your cargo. Our team manages Foreign Economic Activity (FEA), ensuring absolute transparency of goods classification and documentation, which minimizes border downtime and protects against administrative fines.
Network Design & S&OP Implementation
We implement the Sales and Operations Planning process, synchronizing your production with demand. We rebuild the logistics network so that the product is closer to the customer but does not freeze liquidity in warehouses.
Strategic Sourcing Transformation
We transfer procurement from reactive mode to systemic. Through supplier base analysis and category management implementation, we optimize P2P processes (Procure-to-Pay), reducing direct costs and increasing supply chain resilience.
The Methodology
Phase 1: Feasibility & Site Lock
Technical audit, location choice, obtaining technical specifications.
Phase 2: Construction & Setup
Design management, contractor control (EPCM), commissioning.
Phase 3: Supply Chain Activation
Setup of 3PL, customs, and inbound raw material logistics.
Phase 4: Operational Stabilization
S&OP implementation, inventory optimization, and reaching planned capacity.
Project Spotlight
Client
International manufacturer of polymer pipes (Infrastructure & Utilities)
Context
The client planned the construction of a plant in Kazakhstan to serve oil and gas projects. The selected site in the SEZ turned out to be unprepared: the promised power grid capacity was missing.
Solution
We conducted an emergency Site Selection, found an alternative site (Brownfield) with a private substation. In parallel, through the GR channel, we accelerated obtaining environmental permits and reassembled raw material supply logistics via the Trans-Caspian route.
Result
The plant was launched with a delay of only 3 weeks from the original plan (instead of the threatened 12 months). Logistics costs for raw material import were reduced by 15% thanks to route optimization.
"Strategy is only as good as your logistics works. We build systems that withstand the reality check."
